Background 

I am a Human Centered Design specialist and Senior User Experience Lead with more than a decade of experience in all aspects of digital design, customer experience and service design, from requirements gathering, qualitative and quantitative research and UX/UI design and prototyping to usability testing and front end development.

I have practiced UX in many different sectors — from federal/civic, finance, healthcare, and non-profits, down to small business, startups, and websites for individuals.

I begin every project with empathy and leverage the power of Human Centered Design to not only create user-friendly products, but also cultivate great relationships, which results in getting organizations to value and adopt HCD techniques
